Cedar PerformanceECU / DME tuning

Terms of Use

Effective date: July 13, 2026

These terms govern use of Cedar Performance’s website, customer portal, PayPal checkout, and optional QuickBooks Online integration.

Payments and refunds

Eligible website payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s applicable terms. The amount shown for an exact-price tune is confirmed by Cedar’s server before checkout. A request is paid only after PayPal confirms capture. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal; timing and payment-method availability may depend on PayPal and the payer’s financial institution.

QuickBooks Online connection

Only a person authorized to administer the applicable QuickBooks Online company may connect it to Cedar Performance. By connecting, you authorize Cedar Performance to access the accounting information covered by the permission you grant in Intuit’s authorization screen.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your Cedar and Intuit accounts, confirming the correct company before authorizing access, and ensuring that use of the integration is permitted for your business.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue integration features as we improve the site or respond to security, technical, or legal requirements. You can revoke QuickBooks Online access through QuickBooks or by contacting Cedar Performance.
